North Shore Trans Support
7pm-9pm, 2nd and 4th Thursday every month NAGLY, 2 East India Square Mall, Salem MA North Shore Trans Support (NSTS) is a peer support group for trans, nonbinary, gender non-confirming, and gender questioning people aged 18 and older. The group meets twice a month for support group and regularly hosts additional social activities such as board games. Our meetings are strictly confidential. Prior to joining our board, Olivia Werth found herself looking for a supportive space to meet with other trans, nonbinary, intersex, agender, and gender nonconforming people. She soon realized there weren’t any local, in-person options. She imagined she was not the only person seeking this type of space, so she launched North Shore Trans Support July of 2025 with support from the North Shore LGBTQ Network and NAGLY. As the need continues, the group has grown into a caring, supportive community.
